Hmmm, since trading Manny Ramirez to the wonderfully diverse team of the Dodgers in Los Angeles, The Boston Red Sox have only one Starting player who is African-American which is David Ortiz. They have Jacoby Ellsbury who is Native-American, Julio Lugo and Coco Crisp who are African American but are hurt and two Japanese players, Hideki Okajima and Daisuke Matsuzaka. Could the one sided Red Sox management be catering to the Japanese audience who is traditionally racist ? Sure, they have a whole lot of coaches who are African American, but NO head coach.
Mr. Red Sox management, please take a page out of the book of the Boston Celtics, give us an all African-American Team, especially since Barack Obama will be out next president.
